30 Hour Funding
In September 2017, the Government introduced new funding to allow childcare providers to offer 30 hours free childcare to working parents. All 3 and 4 year old's are already entitled to 15 hours of free childcare a week and this additional 15 hours will be on offer to families where both parents are working (or the sole parent is working in a lone-parent family), and each parent earns the equivalent of 16 hours a week at the national minimum or living wage, and earns less than £100,000 a year.
To find out more information on 30 hours childcare, how to check you eligibility and how to apply. Click the childcare choices website button below:- Childcare Choices Website
If you think you are eligible for 30 hours, please let the admin team know when submitting your application form.
Please note, the main priority of the Nursery staff at all times is the welfare of the child and it may be that extended care is not appropriate for every child or that a period of time is needed in order to transition to the full 15 or 30 hours as eligible.
Additional Hours Top Up
All nursery children are entitled to free 15 hours (9.15am – 12.15pm).
If you are not eligible for the 30 hours code and you wish to pay for an additional 15 hours childcare (9.15am-3.15pm), please let the front office know. The cost is £24 per day (3 hours @ £8.00 per hour) and is calculated by the amount of days in the terms. Payment is required half a term in advance.
Open Mornings for prospective parents are held once every half term, Please contact the school on 020 7385 5366 to book a place.
