PRE-SCHOOL Application Form

Please complete the application form and email it to admin@bayonne.lbhf.sch.uk along with scans/photos of:

1. Child’s Birth Certificate
2. Child's Passport
3. Parents ID
4. Recent proof of the family address – fewer than three months’ old

Tours take place every Wednesday afternoon. Please complete a booking form to choose a slot.
